Northampton Saints Foundation today announces that Managing Director, Catherine Deans, will be leaving the organisation on Wednesday 6 November.
Catherine arrived at the Foundation in June 2019 having held senior positions at Cancer Research UK and Huntingdonshire District Council – and during her five-year tenure the charity has enjoyed a period of exceptional growth, in spite of the challenges the charity sector has faced more widely.
During the 2023/24 season, through fundraising, programmes, grants, and corporate partners, the Foundation grew its total revenue to £1.6m, making Saints’ charity the largest in the Premiership and one of the top 5% of UK charities, enabling it to continue to grow its impact throughout our region.
Northampton Saints Foundation has a fantastic team who will be supported by the charity’s Trustees throughout the leadership transition. They will continue to drive the organisation forward while maintaining our focus on transforming the lives of young people who have fallen out of mainstream education and supporting the most at risk in our community.
