Northampton Saints Foundation is delighted to welcome QLM Search as the latest organisation to join our Founder15 scheme.
QLM Search's commitment to supporting young people aligns perfectly with our mission, and we are excited to collaborate on initiatives that make a lasting impact on the lives of 16-19-year-olds.
As an alternative education provider, Northampton Saints Foundation is dedicated to empowering people and tackling the key challenges facing our community. Through our Employability department, students gain qualifications, complete work experience, and engage in workshops designed to help them become work-ready, to ultimately reduce NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
With the support of QLM Search, we will be able to expand our employability workshops, helping young people build confidence and develop key workplace skills through delving into their own interests and passions through mentorship interventions.
QLM Search, an international executive search partner, that operates exclusively across Food & Beverage, Ingredients & Flavours and Packaging is also generously sponsoring the Foundation Day half-time activation. This annual event raises essential awareness and funds for the Foundation’s work in transforming the lives of people in the community.

Founder15 is a three-year partnership initiative, where organisations commit to an annual donation to support the work of Northampton Saints Foundation. This funding makes a direct impact on people in our community, helping to reduce NEET and, importantly, decreasing instances of anti-social behaviour, crime, and gang culture.
