Northampton's Tough Mudder event is just 50 days away, and with the countdown now on the Saints Foundation wants YOU to sign-up and get involved for charity!
Franklin's Gardens will host a Tough Mudder 5k Urban event for the first time on Saturday 1 June 2019, and Saints Foundation has pledged to step the challenge up a notch in the name of fundraising.
Part of the 5k Urban series, Northampton's Tough Mudder event will feature 13 world-class, teamwork-inspired obstacles across a five-kilometre course.
And Saints Foundation are hoping to make it an extra-special day, raising funds for all the important programmes run by the charity by completing as many circuits as possible from when the event starts at 9am to when it concludes at 3pm.
But Saints are also inviting all participants who wish to run for a good cause to nominate the Foundation as their charity of choice for the event – with a free t-shirt on offer for anyone who raises £50 or more.
To sign-up to raise money for Saints Foundation at the Tough Mudder 5k Urban event at Franklin's Gardens, please CLICK HERE and follow the 'Start Fundraising' link.
Please note; you still have to enter the race separately to run in Tough Mudder, but you can do this HERE.

“If we manage one lap per hour, a whopping 30kms could be on the cards for the Foundation's team,” said fundraising and partnerships manager Matt Goode.
“That's quite an ambitious target of course, but this event represents a great opportunity for us to raise the profile of the Foundation and increase awareness of all the initiatives we run which have such a significant impact within our community.
“We really hope we can get a lot of other people involved in the event too, whether that be donating to support our own challenge, or by running the race themselves with the Foundation as their nominated charity.
“We're offering a free Saints Foundation t-shirt to anyone that raises £50 or more for us, so please don't hesitate to get in touch and get involved!”
Aimed at athletes of all abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned runners, Tough Mudder is not about winners and losers – just people banding together to overcome obstacles in pursuit of personal accomplishment.
Participants will run through Franklin’s Gardens, hurtle around the training pitches, scramble up and down the grandstands, and then party on the pitch – with all finishers set to celebrate their achievements in the Mudder Village after conquering the course.
