Employability programmes

As an Alternative Provision, Northampton Saints Foundation's Employability programmes provides young people with the key skills and qualifications they need to create a positive pathway.

Ideal for young people aged 16-19, who are looking to gain additional accredited qualifications, and wanting to discover their next steps in life, the programmes offers young people a range of enrichment, workshops and work experience opportunities from barista training, painting and decorating and hospitality to help improve employability, altimately reducing NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training).
