Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for our Memory Café, a warm and supportive social gathering designed for individuals experiencing loneliness, memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, or other forms of dementia, as well as their caregivers and loved ones.

Hosted at Cinch Stadium @ Franklins Gardens, the Memory Café offers a safe and comfortable environment where participants can engage in meaningful activities, share experiences, and enjoy social interaction without the stigma often associated with cognitive impairment. Each session features a variety of engaging activities, including music, art, games, and opportunities to explore the stadium while learning about the rich history of Northampton Saints.
