HUT 3 will host a staff workshop, where their team will share insights into how AI can streamline and enhance workflows.

They also plan to run a student workshop for those aged 16 and above, introducing them to AI, marketing and communications, while highlighting career paths that don’t necessarily require a degree.

It also reports that young people perceive that finding a job has become more difficult, but many remain optimistic about the future.

“HUT 3’s engagement will ensure that our students will have the tools and insights needed to thrive in their future careers and build their confidence" said Gemma Shields, Partnerships Lead at Northampton Saints Foundation.

"They will also support our staff in developing their professional expertise. We hope to see a difference by creating pathways, sharing knowledge, and creating real-world learning experiences for the people we support. We’re incredibly grateful to HUT 3 for their commitment, generosity, and vision”
