Engage+, in partnership with Northampton College, is a programme designed to support young individuals who require additional learning support or are at risk of not being in education, employment or training (NEET).
The programme was founded in October 2017 with the support of Always a Chance and works with students who are currently enrolled at Northampton College, with the aim of increasing self-esteem, self-awareness and improving their employability skills.
With over 10 years teaching experience, our teaching team are skilled in supporting learners with challenging behavioural and educational attainment issues. Through this experience, the team are resilient, apply a tailored approach and ensure stability in the aims of achieving positive progressions for all learners involved in the programme.
